Branching out!

Hi Beautiful,

Oh my Goddess, I've been obsessed with all things spring!  It's seriously like a straight boost of life force energy.  And who doesn't need some of that right now?

The flowers blooming, the trees budding out, the birds singing morningnoon and night, it's what's been keeping my chin up and my spirits lifted.

Nature is always there, doing its thing as a never ending source of inspiration and guidance.

Simply listening to the rhythms, the times for growth and expansion, the times for letting go and pulling inward, can be the secret to living a happy and healthy life.

It makes sense, doesn't it? That everything is cyclical and that we are a part of nature. We are nature, but sometimes we loose our rhythm.

Right now there are big shifts happening in my personal life and business.

Right now is a time where I'm reaching higher for the sunshine and stretching myself up and out.  I'm literally branching out.

It takes SO much trust!

The real work of expansion comes in the form of staying grounded and havingfaith

Making time for grounding, deep breaths, yoga, meditation, long walks, play and rest, that's a big part of my self care routine.

It can be tricky to carve out down time when we stretch ourselves, when we take a big leap of faith. But that's the time we need it the most.

It's equivalent to sending our roots down and digging into what nourishes us even deeper.

If you've been with me for some time, you know that 2 years ago my husband and I started the process of selling everything we owned and we moved to a beach in Mexico. Holy Guacamole ~ a huge stretch and dream come true!

After filling up on sunshine and salt air (so good!) we decided it was time for another big change and we moved to St. Louis, Missouri.

It's been beautiful chapter of strengthening family ties and nourishing beautiful friendships.

Now, here we are on the brink of another big move, this time back to Oregon!

While it feels so good to be headed home again, everything is completely different and new. These experiences havestretched us and blessed us beyond our wildest dreams.  It's felt crazy, scary, awesome, and totally right on.

Also, we have no permanent residence lined up as of this moment so it's all about being in trust mode

Part of trusting and tuning in, is knowing when to move on. We get so caught up in the planning. There has to be a logical plan in place before we can move on from something.

But flowers blossom when the energy is right. It's not a matter of "today it's sunny, but tomorrow it might be cold and rainy so we should just hold tight inside our little buds."

It's about "it's time to bloom".  It's about feeling it.

The wheel of life turns with stars and the moon. There comes a time when we all must bloom (or jump off the edge of yesterday into tomorrow or finally listen to the voice of our heart not our head ~ you get the picture).

For me it's a greater opportunity to practice what I preach.

I am loving myself. I am using my daily mantras on a whole new level to create and manifest the next step of the journey. I am rejoicing in the mystery of life and the magic of each moment.

All the while, I'm getting amazing new ideas for ways to serve you, new products, one-on-one sessions, creating individual mantras tailor made for you, and so much more.

My branches are reaching, my trunk is expanding and I am taking one deep breath after another just to keep the worry from taking root.

It's a BIG time.

I'm using nature and the cosmos as my guide

I share ALL of this with you in hopes that it fills you with strength and joy and inspiration to tune in to the rhythms of life and listen to your heart.

It's time dear one.

Are you feeling your branches? Do you feel the eminent blossoming?

The one thing I've learned on this journey is that there's no wrong way to do it. There's no way to mess it up. You don't even need to know what it's going to look like. Let the colors and fragrance of the bloom make you weep with amazement.

It's that good. This trusting. This breath. It's that good to know that whatever way the wind blows, you have your roots and you can drink deep from the ground beneath your feet.

Rejoice in the wonder of life unfolding. Celebrate each moment of now. And the fruit you bear will be the sweetest you've ever known.
