I got crafty.
It had to be done.
You may think because I'm an artist, I'm always making cool stuff with my hands, but oooooh no.
In these days of running an online business, my creative-art time seems to be the thing that falls off the priority list.
(I aim to change that in the new year, but that's another email.)
Can I just tell it to you straight?
Whatever's going on in your life, I promise a little arts and crafts can help. It really can.
But if you haven't gotten crafty since like second grade, where do you start?
Well, it's truly not rocket science, so if you have kids around, take a lesson or ask yourself this question.
What did you love to do when you were 5?
Paint, paper mache, collage, cook, sew, dig in the dirt?
Or maybe there's something you've always wanted to try and have yet to take the leap and give it a whirl.
This is what you need to do now.
This is the medicine.
It's SO healing to move energy in this way and completely satisfying to look at a pile of cool stuff you just made.
Healing and satisfaction. Two things we can always use more of, wouldn't you say?
This is what I discovered for the zillionth time last week when I decided to make something new.
Introducing the new and exciting BottleCap necklace collection!
There are 10 designs and only 100 total in stock.
I know, perfect stocking stuffer, right?
Check out all the different ones Right Here.
SO what can YOU do to bring some crafty-ness into your life?
I would love to know. Seriously. Make it a priority just one night this week and it will do you so much good.
